I am Christine Renee, a self-love advocate, trauma-informed clinician, author, and speaker dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with who they are at their core.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with self-awareness, and that when we learn to love ourselves deeply, everything connected to us begins to transform.

My path into this work was not accidental. It was shaped through lived experiences, professional training, and a deep understanding of what it means to navigate emotional wounds while still showing up for others. I created this work for those who are ready to break cycles, reclaim their voice, and build a stronger relationship with themselves.

I hold advanced degrees in early childhood development and education, and I am certified to work with children through the Michigan & Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed practices, emotional development, and real-world application within both family systems and educational environments.

Through my speaking engagements, coaching work, and written materials, I create spaces that encourage emotional awareness, identity development, self-love practices, and healing-centered reflection. I work with students, families, educators, and organizations to support both personal and collective growth.

My work extends beyond speaking into tools and resources designed to support continued development, including guided journals, reflective practices, and program-based experiences that allow individuals to continue their journey beyond a single session.
